ASPO Terms & Conditions

All ASPO Members are expected to abide by the ASPO Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.

ASPO Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

ASPO Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ASPO Members will have digital access to purchased ASPO courses for the term that they are active members.

Non-Members will have digital access to purchased courses for one year from date of purchase.

Materials contained or delivered via ASPO or Partner(s) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, republished, transmitted, distributed, displayed, broadcast or otherwise used in any manner without express prior written permission from ASPO. All materials are for individual use only, unless granted permission. ASPO retains all rights and ownership of ASPO logos and materials and other intellectual property and does not grant permission for their use without express prior written permission.

Use of the ASPO Member Badge on marketing materials is permitted as long as Membership is valid. Permission for use of the Member Badge is rescinded if membership lapses.    

Violations of the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct can result in removal from the Organization.
Violations of the misuse of the ASPO Logo, Member Badge or ASPO CHO Certified Home Organizer® Certification Badge can result in legal action.
